  Chicken poultry feed machine for make pellet, after the material is sent into feeding device, they will be pressed by the screw shaft with high pressure and temperature which makes the raw material fully cooked and sterilized, then the pressed material will be formed into pellets by shaping mould, you can change different moulds to make pellets with different diameters, after that a cutting device will cut the formed pellets into different length as required, is suitable to high quality animal and poultry feed, aquatic product feed and other feed pellet.

The complete pellet making production line is composed the following steps.

Step1:Crushing

1) Crusher which can crushed the raw material into sawdust shape ,under 6mm,which is suitable for the dryer and pellet machine. It can crush straw, stalk, tree branches, nutshell, wood shavings, wood waste board, leaves, palm fiber, etc.

Step2:Drying

2) Air flash dryer or drum dryer which can dry the material under the moisture of 15%,which is suitable for pellet forming. The dryer use hot air accompany with material and evaporated rapidly.

Step3:Pelletizing

3) Pellet machine convert the biomass material into pellet ,the length can be customed.

Step4:Cooling

4) You can use a cooling fan or cool it by nature about half or one hour.

Step5:Packing

5) After cooling the semi-automatic quantative packing machine can pack the pellet into bag with quantative weight.
